St Kitts police when Anguillians kicked them off
the island at the start of the revolution.
This flag was the flag for St Kitts, Nevis, and
Anguilla. It only flew for a few hours in Anguilla.
Colville Petty OBE, is an authority on Anguilla's
history. He has written books on Anguilla's history
and has a very fine collection of historical artifacts.
Some of these are from ancient settlements of the Arawak Indians.
Others are from the time of Anguilla's Revolution.
